Our assessment process We understand that looking for care and support whether that is for yourself or a loved one can be a daunting time. We take the stress and worry and make the whole process an enjoyable one by working closely with you to find out your needs and wishes.
We directly employ our staff We are not an introductory agency. We recruit; vigorously screen, train, closely supervise and manage all of our staff. Therefore you do not have to worrying about the technicalities of employing people yourself, national insurance, Tax, wages, holiday pay, employment law, training or CRB’S, this is all taken care of, giving you complete piece of mind.
Staff Training All of our team are required to attend an initial induction training course and undertake full training program. We never underestimate the importance of training, development and supervision, which leads to a motivated highly skilled team of staff, who are dedicated in offering the highest level of support to our Service users.
Allocated coordinator Every one who uses our services will have a direct contact person who will keep in contact with you ensure that you are completely happy with your service. Find out more about the team.
Introductions We will always introduce your support worker to you prior to them supporting you. We believe that continuity of support is vital. If your regular support worker is not able to provide your support e.g. If they are on holiday or unwell, your coordinator will make sure you know about this and will arrange for the new staff to be introduced to you, you will never experience a staff member you do not know arriving to support you.
Flexible support times We understand that you want your support at times when it suits you not just between the hours of 9- 5 Monday to Friday. We provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week to make sure we are able to meet your individual needs
We change with you If your needs change we respond to this, we can change your support times, increase your support according to need or decrease as your independence grows.
Free 24 hour emergency on call service We are able to offer you peace of mind. If you have an emergency situation you can call our emergency number and a coordinator will be able to offer you advice and support.
