Our Rates

We have made our costs completely transparent by offering the care and support you need at the same rate 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. What’s more our rates are VAT exempt.

  • Homecare services day rate for older people - £15.00
  • Support services day rate for people with disabilities – £13.35 ( for individuals with learning disabilities, physical or sensory impairments and mental health issues)
  • Sleep night rate for all specialisms – £6.96
  • Awake night rate for all specialisms – £ 17.25

These are our standard rates, however there may be certain circumstances where our rates may vary due to specific individual needs.

All rates given are per hour. Our day rate is from 7am to 10pm. Our night rates are from 10pm to 7am.

Our minimum visit is usually 1 hour, unless a shorter duration has been agreed as part of your overall care and support package.

We are very flexible and know that sometimes things change but we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for any visits that you do not require and a weeks’ notice if you would like to make permanent changes to your support.
