One step at a time.

We understand that choosing care or support services for the first time or changing your provider can be confusing and time consuming. So we have made enquiry process an easy one.

You or a family member can enquire to use our services, or a social worker, Community Nurse, GP or other professional can enquire on your behalf by calling 01255 224680 or  Contact us.

When we recieve your enquiry we will arrange for a member of our assessment team to meet you at a time and place of your choosing to find out more about your requirements and answer any further questions you have.

Once we have all of the information we need we will write a support plan which lists the exact support you require when and how it is to be delivered.

Once you are completely happy with your plan, the support times and charges, the operations team will arrange a date for the support to begin and choose the right staff for you.

You will be allocated a coordinator who will remain in contact with you and make sure you are completely happy with your support and make any changes to your support plan that you require. The coordinator will also introduce your staff to you.
