A.We never under estimate the value of staff training- All staff attend induction and a full training package

Q.What staff checks are carried out?

A.All staff  have an enhanced CRB check, we check full work history and gain  2  professional references before they start work.

Q.Can I have support when I want it?

A.Yes, you will be visited by a member of our assessment team who will take full details of the exact support you require and when you want it.

Q.What if my needs change?

A.Your support changes with you. From time to time you may not need your full support, or you need a little extra support. Your coordinator will be able to discuss this with you and make sure you get the support you need.
