Children With Disabilities

PRIMARY CARE ARE OFFERING FREE SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES WITH DISABLED CHILDREN.

Primary Care are delighted to be able to announce that we are working with the Aiming High Children’s Team to offering FREE Befriending services to young people from 11- 19 years old living in the Tendring and Colchester areas of Essex for a second year running until the end of March 2012.

The FREE befriending service is to support young people to develop a social life, become part of a group of friends and participate in social activities.

Primary Care also offer a wide range of service for young people here are just a few of the services on offer  to you ……..

We can come to your home to provide sitting services durring the day or night,  personal care support and help around the house.

We can support you to social and leisure activities and help to get to appointments.

Take care of you in your own home while your parents or carers have a break away or take you on a holidays of your choice.

You can come along to The Grove Day Centre meet new friends and get up to all sorts of fun activities.

The list is endless we will provide exactly what you want and need.
