Salary starting at £14,917.50 rising up to £18,076.00 for 37.5 hours Pro Rata.

You will support teams of staff to deliver the highest standards of care and support to adults and children leading by example. To work directly with people with disabilities and older people carrying out assessments and developing support plans, liaising with relevant professionals to meet individual need. You will be required to work On Call as part of a team, for which a separate payment will be made. You’ll be working across Tendring and Colchester areas so will need to have your own transport. An NVQ3 in Health Social Care is required, and to be willing to work towards an NVQ4. You will want to be the best that you can be and eager to take the opportunity to learn and develop as well as applying the skills you already have in working with vulnerable people and motivating teams of staff.
